Worth the Trust

Worth The Trust, a 15.3 thoroughbred gelding was foaled in Lexington, KY in 1985.  His owner, Joan Goswell of Valencia, PA, bought him off the racetrack and competed him at the lower levels.  In 1994, Karen took over the ride after which he competed in England at the Preliminary and Intermediate levels.  He returned to the United States in the fall of 1995 to compete in his first Advanced ever at the Fair Hill CCI*** where he finished in seventh place!

In 1996, he finished in fifth place at the Rolex Kentucky CCI*** and was selected as the first alternate for the Olympic Games in Atlanta, GA.  In 1997, he won Rolex, finishing on his dressage score.  He retired in 1999 and now lives a life of leisure on his owner’s farm.
